We take great pride in our products and want you to enjoy them as much as we do!  All sales are FINAL and there are no cancellations or refunds.  However if there is a issue with quality or you ordered the wrong size we will be happy to do a size exchange for you.  Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.

All items are READY TO SHIP unless otherwise stated on the item.  Preorder items will ship on or before the date stated on the listing.  If you order will In Stock items it will ship separately with its own tracking number and you will not be charged additional shipping.

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // Haven + Ko. is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government.  Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order.  Please note items may ship separately in your order.  If your taxes or duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility.  If you used a promo code on your order - you will be charged taxes or duties based on the original prices.  We are legally obligated by border agencies to show the original price of any items purchased.

HAVEN + KO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES// Once we ship your package it is completely out of our control.  We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times. If you think your order is lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) and please file a claim.  If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the order.  Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

 

** If you purchased items during our End of Season Sale they are final sale and cannot be exchanged for sizes because of our limited stock.  Face masks can’t not be exchanged or returned because they are a personal item.**
