When will my order ship?

Most of all our products are made to order. Processing times will vary by product, quantity, availability, and time of season. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship. (Please note that that says UP TO a lot of times I get to turn orders around in 1 business day) Processing times will be updated in the black bar on the top of the homepage of the website.

Can I rush my order?

Of course! Please send us an email at shophavenco@gmail.com or through the contact us page on this website. I can check my current turnaround times and give you a better view of what I can do to help you out. A rush fee may apply in certain cases.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International shipping is available through the website.

PLEASE NOTE 

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // Haven + Ko. is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government.  Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order.  Please note items may ship separately in your order.  If your taxes or duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility.  If you used a promo code on your order - you will be charged taxes or duties based on the original prices.  We are legally obligated by border agencies to show the original price of any items purchased.

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

HAVEN + KO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES// Once we ship your package it is completely out of our control.  We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times. If you think your order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and please file a claim.  If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the order.  Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

We take great pride in our products and want you to enjoy them as much as we do!  All sales are FINAL and there are no cancellations or refunds.  However if there is an issue with quality please email us at shophavenco@gmail.com or use the contact us section of this website within 3 days of receiving your order.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not! All items are made to order just for you so I do not currently offer any exchanges on orders.
